  • I want to order a blade but they are all listed as "sold out?"
-Blades are made in small batches at a time. If blades are listed as "sold out," it means there are no available blades for sale at the moment. 
  • How will I know when blades become available for sale?
-We encourage you to sign up for the newsletter, which will email you ahead of time about the next date & time blades will be posted for sale. 
  • I signed up for the newsletter, but I didn't actually receive any newsletters in my email?
-Most importantly, make sure to check your spam folders. You will not get a newsletter immediately after the moment you sign up to receive them. Newsletters are sent out by Ryan at various times throughout the year. When you sign up for newsletters, you will start to ​receive them from that point forward when new ones are sent out. THERE IS NO NEED TO SIGN UP FOR NEWSLETTERS MORE THAN ONCE!
  • I got a newsletter about the next date & time blades would be available for sale, but on that day & time, the website still lists everything as "sold out" and I couldn't buy anything?
-​This is usually because the blades listed have already been sold. They are listed for sale in small batches and tend to sell out fast (sometimes within minutes). 
  • I was in the middle of ordering a blade and suddenly was unable to complete the check-out process (got kicked out of my cart/order seems to have disappeared)?
-Due to the first come-first serve basis of the small batch quantities made available, this usually happens if other customers were a few seconds ahead of finishing the check-out process.
  • I placed an order but did not receive an order email confirmation?
-If you did not receive an email confirmation from 2 feathers productions with an order number, then your order did not actually go through. This can happen when a high volume of customers are ordering at the exact same time. ​
  • I tried ordering a blade and PayPal took my money, but I didn't get an order confirmation?
-​Your order did not actually go through if you did not receive an email confirmation from 2 feathers productions with an order number. It is our experience that PayPal will not move forward with taking money for your attempted order in this case.  HOWEVER, we cannot speak for PayPal, so you should contact PayPal if you experience unresolved issues with funds in this case. 
  • I ordered a blade but never received a shipping notification.​​
-Most often, the process is that blades are made by Ryan as the small-batch orders are received. Please be patient. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking info when your order ships. 
  • Can I pre-order a blade?
-No. Ryan does not take pre-orders or early requests for blades before they are posted for sale on the website. ​
  • Can I opt to pay for shipping with a carrier other than USPS?​​
-Currently we are only able to ship via USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience. ​
